Yields 2 Cups
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
- 1/2 bunch Cilantro leaves 1 can (16 oz.)
- Chickpeas, draine 2 Lemons, zest & juice
- 3/4 cup Tahini
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
Add all ingredients to a blendor or food processor and process until smooth. Add water, if needed and blend.
Serve with Rustic Bakery Flatbread crackers, Flatbread Bites, or baguette.
