Rustic Bakery Chickpea Spread

Yields 2 Cups

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro leaves 1 can (16 oz.)
  • Chickpeas, draine 2 Lemons, zest & juice
  • 3/4 cup Tahini
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper

Instructions

Add all ingredients to a blendor or food processor and process until smooth. Add water, if needed and blend.

Serve with Rustic Bakery Flatbread crackers, Flatbread Bites, or baguette.
