Baked Quinta with Nduja

Ingredients
- 1 10-oz wheel Point Reyes Quinta, top rind removed
- 2-3 tablespoons Journeyman Meat Co. Nduja
- Minced chives or green onions, for garnish
- Rustic Bakery Flatbread Crackers or Flatbread Bites
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place Quinta on a sheet tray or in a ramekin or oven-safe dish. Spread nduja evenly
on top of the cheese. - Place in oven for 15-20 minutes, until cheese is hot and bubbly. Top with minced
chives or green onions. Serve with Rustic Bakery Flatbread Crackers or Flatbread Bites.
